Floral Magician / Floral Designer

What You’ll Do:

1. Design Floral Showstoppers:

• Work with clients and our design team to create floral concepts that align with their event themes and wildest dreams.
• Create jaw-dropping bouquets, centerpieces, installations, and more—if it involves flowers, you’re the boss.
• Push creative boundaries to design arrangements that are fresh, innovative, and totally luxe.

2. Bring It All to Life:

• Select the highest-quality blooms, greenery, and accents to make each piece a masterpiece.
• Oversee floral prep and ensure everything is event-ready, from delicate bouquets to grand installations.
• Set up on-site, making sure every floral detail is flawless, camera-ready, and unforgettable.

3. Team Up for Greatness:

• Collaborate with Event Designers, Event Managers, and the rest of the crew to make sure your floral designs blend perfectly with the overall vision.
• Handle last-minute tweaks and requests like a pro—flexibility is your superpower!

4. Stay Inspired:

• Keep tabs on the latest floral trends and techniques to keep our designs ahead of the curve.
• Experiment with new styles, materials, and layouts to constantly elevate our floral game.

What We’re Looking For:

Your Flower Power:

• 2+ years of experience in floral design or arranging (bonus if you’ve worked on large-scale events).
• A killer portfolio that showcases your ability to design for everything from intimate gatherings to grand galas.
• Knowledge of floral care, handling, and seasonality—you’re the go-to for all things bloom-related.

Personality Must-Haves:

• A creative spirit who loves turning ideas into tangible, awe-inspiring creations.
• Calm and collected under pressure, with the ability to pivot when things don’t go exactly as planned.
• A team player with a “let’s do this!” attitude that matches our high-energy vibe.
