What You’ll Do:

1. Make Magic Happen (Setup):

  • Assist the team in unloading trucks and carefully organizing decor, furniture, and equipment at event sites.
  • Help assemble and install event pieces like arches, backdrops, lighting, and tables according to detailed layouts.
  • Pay attention to every little detail to ensure the setup looks flawless and picture-perfect.

2. Wind It Down (Teardown):

  • After the last dance, work your magic to carefully dismantle and pack up all decor and equipment.
  • Make sure everything gets back in top-notch condition, ready for the next amazing event.
  • Keep things efficient, organized, and damage-free—because every piece matters!

3. Be a Team Player:

  • Work closely with the Event Managers, Designers, and other crew members to make sure every event runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Jump in wherever you’re needed, whether it’s lifting heavy pieces, adjusting decor, or solving last-minute surprises.

4. Keep Things Moving:

  • Help with maintaining and organizing the storage area and keeping inventory neat and accessible.
  • Occasionally assist with small repairs or touch-ups to decor and equipment to keep everything looking sharp.

Your Superpowers:

  • Strong, reliable, and ready to tackle physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs is no problem for you).
  • A sharp eye for detail to make sure every piece of decor looks its best.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle quick fixes or unexpected challenges.
